Embellish Circle Colour Challenge

This is my first Embellish challenge. I've been meaning to try one since the blog launch and finally made the time. I absolutely love the colour combo...totally makes me think of Martha Stewart!

I must admit that I have never made a circle card before. I do feel like I cheated as I used my Cricket Wild Card cartridge to cut out some Bazzil (unsure of colour name) for the base, not very creative. The background stamp is PTI Damask Designs in white ink. Ribbon is cheap stuff from my stash. I've been hoarding that white ribbon with the blue polka dot for a while. And the foam letters are thickers by American Crafts.

Although it's small I am pleased with the different elements I was able to incoporate. It measures 3.75" in diameter and fits perfectly into the new PTI 4" envelopes I got with my last order. I just may have to make a few more of these circle cards! Fun stuff.

  1. Steph! This is adorable! Using the Cricut is so not cheating to cut your base! Do I have that cartridge?? I may have to use it when I do mine!
